I have tried it on gm,ford,and chrysler with no problems I think a lot of people that own
these scan tools don't know how to use them I know how to use several of them I own
many different tablet based ones as well as laptop based ones what I have learned
over my many years of doing this is you have to have more than just one scan tool -

Can you please give more information about how to flash a Chrysler PCM. Installed the drivers for the Maxi Flash Pro and have the Tech Authority Subscription. Downloaded the files from Tech Authority for the J2534 tool, says "THE J2534 SERVER IS NOT FOUND". The pass thru device does communicate via the Autel Maxi Flash Tool box. -

Are you talking about the vci make sure it is connected via bluetooth and have you
updated the firmware on the vci to the latest version
